Mystics Ball Pressure and Pace: are things that can decide the game sooner than later for Washington. Defensively, getting after the Valkyries ball handlers right away should be the primary focus. The Valkyries also ranks at the bottom of the league in pace at 77.4, which ranks 11th in the WNBA. Washington thrives on an uptempo style offense and have a number of players that can get after opposing ball handlers effectively. Doing so can disrupt the Valkyries and put the Mystics in a great position to secure their third win of the season.

Oh, did I mention they are tops in the WNBA in free throw makes per game (22.0) and free throw attempts per game (30.0)? Washington, have been a well oiled machine offensively to start the season and if they continue to execute he way they have, offensively, tonight should be a continuation of what they've shown over their first two games.
